We understand that the current climate in the region has raised some questions and concerns about our upcoming Turkey Coastal trip (June 27 - July 5), and we want to address them directly.
We are actively monitoring the situation and have been in communication with contacts in the national security space. We've also reviewed the latest U.S. government travel advisories, which specifically identify eastern Turkey as the area of concern, our itinerary is entirely along the western/southern coast, well outside any flagged zones.
As of now, we are moving forward with the trip as planned. Should that change at any point, you will hear from us immediately.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly encourage all travelers to:
• Purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage
• Book refundable flights where possible

We recommend buying a round-trip flight to Istanbul that arrives June 27th, and departs on July 5th. Ensure that your flight to Istanbul arrives in the morning or early afternoon on June 27th.
After securing your Istanbul flight, purchase a one-way flight from Istanbul to Izmir on June 27th. Make sure you get to Izmir in time to rest at the hotel and join us for dinner!
